What equipment types do you dispatch?
We dispatch: Reefer, Flatbed, Dry Van, Box Truck, Hotshot, and Power Only. If you run multiple equipment types, we can support that too.
Do I need my own MC authority?
Yes. You must have an active MC number, a valid DOT, up-to-date insurance, and a clean safety rating. If you need help getting set up, we can point you in the right direction.
Do you work with new authorities?
Yes. We accept new authorities. Some brokers limit first-load eligibility, but we still keep you moving with the ones who do work with new carriers.
How soon can I start after signing up?
Most carriers can begin within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding and providing documents.
What documents do I need to get started?
To begin dispatching with Iron Gate Solutions, you’ll complete a Carrier Profile and provide the standard operating documents listed below. The Carrier Profile ensures we have accurate information about your company, equipment, drivers, and operational preferences.
Required Documents:
• Completed Carrier Profile Form (company info, equipment list, driver list, operating lanes, rates, insurance, and factoring details)
• MC Authority
• Active DOT Number
• Certificate of Insurance (Liability and Cargo)
• Signed Dispatch Agreement
• W9
• Copy of Driver CDL
• Equipment list (tractors, trailers, VINs)
• Factoring information (if applicable)
Optional (but recommended):
• TWIC or Hazmat certifications
• Proof of safety rating
• Copy of company policies for communication, load acceptance, and driver procedures
Once these are submitted, onboarding typically takes 24 to 48 hours, and you can start receiving loads right away.

Do you handle PODs and paperwork?
Yes. We manage POD submissions, broker documentation, and billing support so you can focus on driving.
How do I get paid?
You get paid directly by the broker or factoring company you work with. Iron Gate Solutions US does not touch your money. We simply handle dispatching and communication.
Do I have to take every load you send me?
No. You approve every load before booking. We negotiate based on your goals, but you make the final decision.
How do you find loads?
We use national load boards, broker relationships, private freight partners, and direct shipper networks. Our dispatchers actively negotiate rates to improve your earnings.
Do you dispatch regional or nationwide runs?
Yes. We cover all lanes:

How do you communicate updates?

Yes. We support 5–35 truck fleets with dedicated fleet dispatchers who understand your equipment and routes.

Pricing is customized by equipment type and volume. You only pay when we book a load. No hidden fees. No long-term contracts.
