Yes. You must have an active MC number, a valid DOT, up-to-date insurance, and a clean safety rating. If you need help getting set up, we can point you in the right direction.

Yes. We accept new authorities. Some brokers limit first-load eligibility, but we still keep you moving with the ones who do work with new carriers.

Most carriers can begin within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding and providing documents.

To begin dispatching with Iron Gate Solutions, you’ll complete a Carrier Profile and provide the standard operating documents listed below. The Carrier Profile ensures we have accurate information about your company, equipment, drivers, and operational preferences.

Required Documents:
• Completed Carrier Profile Form (company info, equipment list, driver list, operating lanes, rates, insurance, and factoring details)
• MC Authority
• Active DOT Number
• Certificate of Insurance (Liability and Cargo)
• Signed Dispatch Agreement
• W9
• Copy of Driver CDL
• Equipment list (tractors, trailers, VINs)
• Factoring information (if applicable)

Optional (but recommended):
• TWIC or Hazmat certifications
• Proof of safety rating
• Copy of company policies for communication, load acceptance, and driver procedures

Once these are submitted, onboarding typically takes 24 to 48 hours, and you can start receiving loads right away.
